About Me

Hi, I’m Marziyah Hussain — HR Consultant & Founder of The Mindful Workplace

I’m passionate about making HR accessible, people-centered, and useful — especially for small businesses that are trying to do things the right way but don’t always have the in-house support.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human Resources, and I’m a CPHR Candidate with 4 years of experience in recruitment, policy development, and full-cycle HR. I’ve worked with businesses in healthcare, tech, customer service, trades, and beyond — and I’ve seen firsthand how strategic HR can make or break a team’s success.

Outside of work, I’m a curious creative, lifelong learner, and lover of thoughtful conversations. I believe that building great workplaces shouldn’t be reserved for large corporations — and that every small business deserves access to expert HR, without the overwhelm.
